Electrical Calc Lab uses optional Yandex Metrica analytics only after the user accepts analytics.

Before consent:

• analytics remains off;
• the Metrica provider is not initialized;
• no calculator analytics events are transmitted.

If analytics is accepted, permitted site-usage data is transmitted to and processed by Yandex through Yandex Metrica. Yandex's own privacy terms apply to its processing.

Yandex Metrica may use browser identifiers, cookies or local storage as applicable to provide site-usage measurement.

Analytics data we permit

Electrical Calc Lab limits calculator analytics to approved metadata such as:

• calculator identifier;
• calculator mode;
• phase where relevant;
• validation error count/code/field;
• destination calculator for related-link activation.

Calculator values we do not intentionally send

Do not intentionally send through calculator analytics:

• voltage;
• current;
• kVA;
• kW;
• power factor;
• calculated result;
• substituted numeric operands;
• free-text content;
• names;
• email addresses;
• phone numbers;
• addresses;
• account/user IDs.

Replay and forms

For MVP:

• Session Replay/Webvisor is OFF;
• form analysis is OFF;
• calculator field recording is prohibited;
• advertising analytics integrations are OFF.

Analytics preference

The site stores the analytics choice locally under:

ecl_analytics_consent_v1

with value:

granted

or:

denied
